Do you Bathe with Hot Water? Here's Why Shouldn't

Do you bathe with hot water on cold days? Here's a reason why you should bathe with cold water instead.

I used to bathe with hot water especially on rainy days. I remember how cold I felt as I stepped out of the warm bathroom. Without wasting time, I would jump into a sweater.

I however stopped using sweaters for rainy days when I started bathing with cold water. My decision to bathe with cold water was inspired by a scientific/medical practice called inoculation. According to Wikipedia:
Inoculation, vaccination, immunization and injection refer to artificial induction of immunity against various infectious diseases.
Inoculation was a historical method for the prevention of smallpox by deliberate introduction into the skin of material from smallpox pustules. This generally produced a less severe infection than naturally-acquired smallpox, but still induced immunity to it.
In simple terms, inoculation works by introducing a weak form of a disease into the body. The body easily fights off and kills off the weakened form of the disease. This trains the body to fight off the real disease if it ever comes.

The same thing happens when you bathe with cold water. The short contact with the cold water would train your body to fight off the cold weather. It would make your body produce enough internal heat to keep you warm.
